Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining balance of the scheduled service must be paid before booking another appointment. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled if there is not enough time to safely complete your service. This will be treated as a late cancellation and the remaining balance must be paid before rebooking. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and the remaining balance of your scheduled service becoming due. The balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. All deposits are non-refundable.
